Airport Transfers

  • Full Refund: Cancellation 24+ hours before pickup time
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation 6-24 hours before pickup time
  • No Refund: Cancellation less than 6 hours before pickup time
  • Flight Delays: Full refund if flight is delayed more than 4 hours

Tours & Activities

  • Full Refund: Cancellation 48+ hours before tour date
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation 24-48 hours before tour date
  • No Refund: Cancellation less than 24 hours before tour date
  • Weather Cancellation: Full refund for tours cancelled due to severe weather

Accommodation Bookings

  • Full Refund: Cancellation 7+ days before check-in
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation 3-7 days before check-in
  • No Refund: Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in
  • Special Rates: Non-refundable rates are clearly marked during booking

Visa & Expat Services

  • Service Fee: Non-refundable once application is submitted
  • Government Fees: Non-refundable as paid to authorities
  • Document Preparation: 50% refund if cancelled before submission
  • Rejection Cases: Service fee refunded if due to our error

Force Majeure

Full refunds provided for cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government travel restrictions
  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Flight cancellations by airlines

Service Quality Issues

If you're unsatisfied with our service quality:

  • Report issues within 24 hours of service completion
  • Provide detailed feedback and evidence if applicable
  • We may offer partial or full refunds based on investigation

Payment & Processing

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days for credit cards, 3-5 days for bank transfers
  • Currency: Refunds issued in original payment currency
  • Transaction Fees: Payment gateway fees (2-3%) are non-refundable
